Documentation layout

Posted by Philip Reutersward at February 22. 2008

Being a new user of Jastadd, I am mostly interested in the documentation. The current site layout makes it hardly impossible to print the documentation without editing. It is also hard to read. For example, the code snippets are shown in small boxes that require scrolling to show the contents. The old site layout had similar problems. Please present the documentation in a form that both reads and prints well. Plain text? A pdf?

Hi Philip,

I agree that the documentation could benefit from some layout improvements. However, our time for such work is currently very limited, and I do not see that happening in the near future. If you have time to provide a document that is more suitable for printing I'd be happy to make it available online.
