proj.jar source code

Hi,

I was wondering if the source code to tools/proj.jar was available.  I downloaded and searched all of the source code I could find in the download section but did not find the source code to that anywhere.  I'd like to use some of the precedence directives (http://beaver.sourceforge.net/spec.html) in my parser and it would be easiest for me to just embed directives to the .parser file.  If it's not too much trouble I'd really appreciate being able to change the code in proj.jar.
