[Jastadd] Feature request: member syntax for internal classes

Hi all,

We have been using internal classes more and more, and it would be useful to be able to write:
public class ASTNode.Internal {
    //...
}
instead of:
public class ASTNode {
    public class Internal {
        // ...
    }
}
when adding an internal class to an existing class.

This is a "nice to have" request, the second syntax works fine - the advantages would be consistency and increased code readability.
